We do not accept returns every purchase is a final sale.
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Candy Factory Cosmetics , P.O. Box 72003, Rosedale, MD 21237 to be eligible for a exchange you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any open product for unsanitary reasons.
We do not offer refunds for damage, missing or stolen items.
You cannot get a refund by canceling a order every purchase is a final sale.

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org you will need to show invoice for proof of purchase. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of Store Credit Only.
