Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for damage, missing or stolen items.
You cannot get a refund by canceling a order every purchase is a final sale.
We do not offer refunds if you give wrong address
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. You can email us at candyfactorycosmetics@gmail.com you will need to show invoice for proof of purchase.We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of Store Credit Only.
